2015-2017 City Commission Biennium Goals and Priorities

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends approval of the City Commission goals, priorities, and milestones developed during the 2015 City Commission retreat.
BACKGROUND:
The City Commission met on January 23-24, 2015 to discuss the goals and priorities for the next two years, which is the beginning of a new biennial budget season. The discussion resulted in five goals and various priorities that focus on specific milestones to be reached by the end of the biennium. The Commission will review the progress in January 2016. Attached are the goals and priorities for the Commission's consideration.
