RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends the City Commission approve and authorize the Mayor and City Recorder to execute the Restrictive Covenant Non-Remonstrance Agreement for the Central Point Crossing subdivision project - City Planning File No. TP13-03 (Attachment 1).
BACKGROUND:
This agreement provides a waiver of any and all rights to remonstrate against the formation of a Local Improvement District by the City of Oregon City for the purposes of making various public improvements. Execution of this agreement is an established standard for properties that have developed through an Oregon City land use approval process.
