Revisions to NRC Bylaws

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Consideration and discussion.
BACKGROUND:
At the worksession on April 30, 2014, the committee adopted a new mission statement / preamble, and revised the scope of activities with five responsibilities.
The committee also formed two ad-hoc subcomittees to 1) draft the NRC's Workplan (Boyce, Craven, DeHart, Roth) and 2) draft amendments to the bylaws procedures (Herrmann, Redlinger, Spady).
Staff has prepared a "redlined" version of the latest draft revisions to the bylaws that reflects the work that has been completed to date.
Please notify staff of any revisions that are needed.
