PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS:
Pearl Street Widening and Rehabilitation Project (Street Fund) - Work is substantially complete and the roadway between Molalla Avenue and Linn Avenue will be paved as part of the 2013 Oregon City Pavement Improvements project.
2013 Oregon City Slurry Seals - Contract awarded to Blackline, Inc. in the amount of $113,327.80. Work has been scheduled for the week of June 24, weather permitting. Notices (attached) were mailed to residents adjacent to roadways to be treated and will be followed up by door hangers 24 to 48 hours prior to the work (PMUF funded work).
2013 Oregon City Pavement Improvements - Contract awarded to S-2 Contractors Inc. in the amount of $668,512.65. The contractor began the work on June 4 and must be completed by October 15, 2013. Notices (attached) were mailed out to adjacent residents (PMUF funded work).
2013 Clairmont Way Waterline Replacement and Roadway Reconstruction - Bids were opened on June 11, 2013 with the low bid of $742,243 being received by D & T Excavation Inc. Bid award by the City Commission is scheduled for June 19. Notices (attached) were mailed out to adjacent residents. Work includes the elimination of parking on the north side of Clairmont Way to allow for parking on the south side, 2 bike lanes and 2 travel lanes (plan attached). (Approximately 50% PMUF funding/50% Water Fund)
