RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):

Following the public hearing, staff recommends the Commission approve Resolution No. UR13-03, which adopts the 2013-2015 Biennial Budget, makes appropriations, and declares the tax increment.

BACKGROUND:

On April 23, 2013 the Urban Renewal Budget Committee reviewed the proposed 2013 - 2015 Biennial Budget.  At the meeting, the Committee approved a total budget in the amount of $8,186,531 and requested the maximum amount of revenue that may be raised by dividing the taxes under section 1c, Article IX, of the Oregon Constitution and ORS Chapter 457.

There are no changes from the Approved Budget to the Adopted Budget.  

Following adoption, documentation will be filed with the Department of Revenue, the Clackamas County Clerk, and the Clackamas County Assessor as required by Oregon Revised Statutes.
