RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends the City Commission approve OLCC Application for the Tacho's Mexican Restaurant and Cantina,515 Molalla Ave, Oregon City, OR 97045.
BACKGROUND:
The Oregon City Police Department had previously conducted a background check on Ricardo Espinosa and he is eligible to hold a liquor license. This is just a temporary 90-day additional to his already existing Liquor License.
