RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends that the City Commission approve the first reading of Ordinance Number 13-1007 for Planning files ZC 12-01, a zone change from R-10 to R-6, TP 12-04,  an 11-Lot Subdivision, and US 12-01, a Geologic Hazards permit for the property at 19370 Pease Road based on the findings and conditions in the staff report.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant is seeking approval for a Zone Change from "R-10" Single-Family Dwelling District to "R-6" Single-Family Dwelling District as well as an 11-lot subdivision and a Geologic Hazards review for the property located at 19370 Pease Road, Oregon City, Oregon 97045.  The Planning Commission heard testimony on this request at the February 25, 2013, April 8, 2013 and April 22, 2013 hearings and forwarded a recommended of approval with conditions to the City Commission for their consideration. Proposed Ordinance No. 13-1007 has been reviewed by the Community Development Director and Assistant City Attorney.
