BACKGROUND:
For several months, Nick Dierkson, your representative to LDAC, and I have reported that a lengthy discussion and review process was being considered and created for the District-wide topics of services, governance, and funding. The attached proposal is the process we hope to use to move forward on these topics. Your feedback is requested.
