RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):

Staff recommends that the Historic Review Board conditionally approve HR 15-05

 

BACKGROUND:

The applicant is requesting approval for the Construction of a new 575 foot garage on a Designated Structure in the McLoughlin Conservation District. The applicant is additionally applying for a historic preservation incentive to reduce the front yard setback and garage setback requirements per OCMC 17.40.065
