RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends the City Commission approve the budgeted three percent (3%) cost of living allowance based salary range adjustment for the City's thirty-five (35) Management, Supervisory and Confidential FTE for fiscal year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014.
 
BACKGROUND:
The Budget Committee approved the FY 2014 - 15 budget, which included a three percent (3%) cost of living allowance based salary adjustment of for Management employees for FY 2014. Represented employees receive cost of living allowance based increases as a function of their negotiated and Commission approved collective bargaining agreements. Management employees require separate Commission notice and approval of salary range adjustments.

Amount: $123,545 ($89,629 salaries, $33,916 benefits)
