BACKGROUND:
The TAC ByLaws were adopted by the City Commission through Resolution 09-27 on November 4, 2009. At the request of the current TAC membership, City stafff has prepared a resolution to amend the ByLaws to allow up to one member of the TAC to reside or work outside the city limits but within the 97045 and 97004 zip codes. The item is on the City Commission's agenda for 6/19/13 as a consent agenda item and if adopted will become effective immediately.
