Second Reading of Ordinance No. 13-1007:  Land Use Application Requesting Approval for a Zone Change, 11-Lot Subdivision and Geologic Hazards permit for the Property Located at 19370 Pease Road

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends that the City Commission approve the second reading of Ordinance Number 13-1007 for Planning files ZC 12-01, a zone change from R-10 to R-6, TP 12-04,  an 11-Lot Subdivision, and US 12-01, a Geologic Hazards permit for the property at 19370 Pease Road.
 
BACKGROUND:
The applicant is seeking approval for a Zone Change from "R-10" Single-Family Dwelling District to "R-6" Single-Family Dwelling District as well as an 11-lot subdivision and a Geologic Hazards review for the property located at 19370 Pease Road, Oregon City, Oregon 97045.  The Planning Commission heard testimony on this request at the February 25, 2013, April 8, 2013 and April 22, 2013 hearings and forwarded a recommended of approval with conditions to the City Commission for their consideration. The City Commission approved the first reading of the Ordinance on May 1, 2013 with a vote of 5-0-0.  Proposed Ordinance No. 13-1007 has been reviewed by the Community Development Director and Assistant City Attorney.
