Staff recommends the City Commission approve Oregon Liquor Control License Application for Barbara Ann Johnson, Howell's Restaurant and Lounge, 508 Seventh Street, Oregon City, OR 97045.
 
BACKGROUND:
The Oregon City Police Department ran a background check on the owner.  Barbara Ann Johnson is eligible to hold a liquor license.
