City Manager Pay for Performance Based on Annual Evaluation

BACKGROUND:
The City Commission met in Executive Session on April 17, 2013 to discuss the City Manager's performance for the twelve month period ending April 6, 2013. Consensus reached in Executive Session was that the City Manager should receive a three (3) percent one time pay for performance merit payment effective with the pay period following Commission approval.
