Second Reading of Ordinance No. 15-1011, Boulder Run Development Application for Zone Change file ZC 15-01, Subdivision file TP 15-02 & Natural Resource Overlay District Verification file NR 15-04

RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):

Staff requests the City Commission approve the second reading of Ordinance 15-1011 associated with Planning files ZC 15-01, TP 15-02 and NR 15-04.

 

 

BACKGROUND:

The applicant is seeking approval for a Zone Change from “R-10” Single-Family Dwelling District to “R-8” Single-Family Dwelling District, a 19-Lot subdivision, and Natural Resource Overlay District Verification on three tax lots including the properties at 19371 Pease Road and 12356 Hampton Drive in Oregon City.

 

The Planning Commission reviewed the development proposal on August 24, 2015 and voted 5-1 to recommend approval to the City Commission.  The City Commission reviewed the development proposal on October 7, 2015 and approved the first reading of Ordinance 15-1011.
