RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends that the Historic Review Board listen to the presentation by the Applicant and provide non-binding advice as warranted.
BACKGROUND:
The Design Advice process was created to allow the HRB, applicant and the public an ability to discuss upcoming applications before the formal land use hearing. The Design Advice file, and meeting video/minutes will be added to the formal land use application.
