UPDATE:
As the result of tree replacements in the new tree wells on 7th Street by the City's contractor, the newly installed brick pavers settled causing an irregular surface and a potential tripping hazard. The City's street crew compacted the soil and reinstalled the pavers flush with the sidewalks.
