RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends that the Historic Review Board conditionally approve HR 13-02
BACKGROUND:
The project includes the construction of a new single family residence in the Canemah Historic
District. Specifically on 4th st. between what are labeled 707 and 615 4th avenue. The
proposed size of the home is 2445 sq. ft. finished. The applicant is proposing a vernacular style home
with a main level, an upper level partially within the roof line, and a partial daylight basement
level and a single car garage attached to the home with a covered breezeway.
