RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends the City Commission approve Oregon Liquor Control License Application for Clos Garbo, LLC, 619 Railroad Avenue, Oregon City, OR 97045 for an Off-Premises Sales liquor license.
 
BACKGROUND:
The Oregon City Police Department ran a background check on the officers.  Jill D. Smart and David W. Gruber are eligible to hold a liquor license.
