RECOMMENDED ACTION (Motion):
Staff recommends approval of the Scoreboard Lease Agreement between the City and the Oregon City Swim Team (OCST)
BACKGROUND:
OCST is seeking approval to lease wall space, at the Oregon City Swimming Pool, of approximately 82 square feet on the SE natatorium wall for an electronic scoreboard. The lease defines compensation of $1/annually in exchange that the City shall have the option of using the scoreboard during special events or general community use times. The Lease also defines: use of wall space, installation/removal, maintenance and advertising.
