BACKGROUND:
Based on the the City Commission's desire to retain the current City Manager, the Commission met in Executive Session on April 17, 2013 to negotiate and revise the City Manager's employment agreement.  The attached document reflects the consensus the Commission reached during the Executive Session.
 
BUDGET IMPACT:
Amount:  Over the five year life of the agreement $195,157
Assumptions: COLA at 3% for 2013, 2% all other years
All amounts include cost of taxes/related benefits. Agreement termination would be April 1, 2018.
